Art Journal Novice Here
Greetings!
This is my first stab at an Art Journal and I’m pretty excited about it. To be honest, right now, I feel like I have designer’s block and I’m hoping this will help me break out of it. My field of expertise has been scrapbooking. It’s the journaling that I love most, but there’s a artistic side of me, I’m sure of it. My son shrugs his shoulders at the whole thing, but my daughter loves to look at the scrapbooks together, and most importantly, read what I wrote. But most of my books are filled with pages about the children so they know how I feel about them. But it doesn’t leave them or any of my future grandchildren any idea of WHO I AM. So this one’s for me.
Enough of my droning! Here’s a picture of a few of my essentials. As you can see I haven’t “created” my cover yet (remember I have designer’s block), but before this is over, it won’t be so bare.
