Learning and Growing
I’m still unable to post (security issues from the home computer) but I want to stay connected. I was a little behind on viewing everybody’s posts as I’ve been out of town and I can only get to the written down site from work and we’ve been really busy. But I think I have finally seen all the cool things you’re all doing. I am really learning a lot about process and technique from your psots so even though I’m not able to share my own work I’m still very actively enjoying y’all’s. I was surprised at the grief that I am dealing with after the alliance week. I journaled about all the alliances I have had throughout my life with fabulous, creative, strong women. It ended up bringing up a lot of feelings I’ve been surpressing about loosing important friendships (to moving, the ebb and flow or life, major life changes, etc). So that is what I’ve been up to this week…caring for myself and letting myself mourn. I looking forward to setting aside some time this weekend to work on my break page. The word to me means breaking free from everything (social expectations, false beliefs, fear, etc.) that keeps my from being my fullest and most fabulous self. Just wanted you to know I’m still here with all of you…not in posts but in spirit. I will continue to comment on your posts so that I can be a part of the group. Can’t wait to come back Monday and see what y’all been up to all weekend.
