my first pages
Here are my first pages. It’s been over 6 months since I’ve done any altered books or collage work, so I feel a little rusty. Hopefully my future pages will be better! LOL! I did enjoy working on these pages though. It felt really good to play and have fun with it. For me this “new beginning” and me starting this art journal is about me wanting to take chances in life and with my creativity. I’m one of those people that always has to plan everything. I’m also hesitant sometimes when it comes to trying new things. Doing an art journal is something new for me. I want to be more free and more willing to try new things and take more chances.
