article: Some paper :: A pen :: A piece of envelope | written down

Found a piece of envelope in my bag. I started jotting down ideas for my vision for this journal. Random thoughts. Things that I want to accomplish, things I need to learn, how I see myself.

I made a little trip to the art supply store and picked up a block of watercolor paper, some gluesticks and post-it notes. Thinking I will be binding this journal myself. More on that later. Have to research how to do this with the links Shimelle emailed.

I am using this journal to extend my creative process. To let go. I don’t want to set any self-imposed boundaries. I really want to explore all the options and record my thoughts as they happen. I think this will be a very rewarding experience. Maybe I can be a little less anal retentive and a little more free.
