Pat S page 2

I had picked the scalloped paper & dot paper last night. Found the stamp with the saying then ‘waited’ to see what I learned today! Very soon after I got an email from a friend with a poem from Saint Theresa who is known as the Saint of the Little Ways. Meaning she believed in doing the little things in life well and with great love. (I didn’t check if this is true but I liked it!). It fit well with the stamp.

Check out my blog too, I’m going to create a album of all the pages.

September 2nd

We’ve been teaching our 5 month old puppies how to live in the house amongst our belongings and our cats. They truly do learn what’s what quickly, when at least one cat doesn’t particularly care for them.

Sept 2nd page

well last night I just really fancied a nice cold glass of white wine – you know how it is? So I ended up having two. And woke up today with the worst head.

I really can’t drink wine – sometimes I can get away with it with New World stuff, but French is just lethal. I think they must use different preservatives or something.

I never have problems when I drink beer (Budweiser, Sol or Rolling Rock for preference, if it’s your round!) so today I learned that a couple of beers is a lot better for my general wellbeing than a couple of wines. Just hope I can remember that! ;)

Absent Friends

This is my 2 September entry. SEI Winnie’s scallop stripes and Senic Route Sentimental Garden papers. The friends quote isa Fresh Verse from Deja Views.

Ok just wanted to give this a try as i like looking at your pages so i thought i would try and share too

I’m hopefully using BG Blitzen throughout as i hoped they would match the stickers

and i’ve decided to make todays entry for yesterday the 1st ( does that make sense) so it gives me time to think what i have learned, i think those 7 gypsies stickers are really going to help give me a shove in the right direction TFL x

Get on with it

2nd September

Today I made huge progress with painting our stairs! They were deep mahogany effect red and have been bugging me for the 3 years we have lived here. Last week I bought the paint and today I have almost finished the job – what took me so long!!

Crate papers and Bazzil again !!

Title Page - by Beatrice

My title page for The Learn Something New Every Day class – paper is 3 bugs in a rug – Rhapsody Stripes.

I have never inked the edges of paper or card before so this was a “first” for me ….... and I really enjoyed doing the page

Rosemary's title page

I apologize for the cross post but I thought I’d stay organized and post here as well as the list.

This is what I said in my emails:

I am not using the 7Gypsies stickers because while the LSS did happen to carry that line, they didn’t have the Inspiration ones. So I’ll just wing it. That’s more my style anyway.

The image is a sticker of a painting by Edward Penfield. It is from a set called “Classic Cat Labels” that I got at a Chapters bookstore in Ontario, Canada. They’re made by this company: http://www.cavallini.com/index.html

Kel's Title Page

This is my title page. I had problems uploading the image to text pattern though, so this is linked to my blog Kel’s Space. And don’t worry, Ann – most blogs are a little easier than this, anyway.

Gorgeous pages so far, look forward to seeing more!
