I don't know why my pages are so large!?
I don’t know why these pages are so large, I’ve tried to resize before I upload and resize but they are still huge – oh well… These pages didn’t photograph very well at all – the first one is the book spark I finally got around to. It’s not actually quite as dull as it shows but it is a very sepia colour. The background is a scan of Hans Christian Andersen’s handwriting overlaid with (my first ever) printed acetate (all book titles, quotes etc) in a circle design. I wrote my book blurb in the middle bit!
The second page is from the “what you never thought you’d have in your house” topic. It’s basically about how we almost didn’t have my daughter in our house because she was so ill when she was born, and the fact that all that while I never thought that we wouldn’t have her with us. It’s quite a personal thing for me to write about and I haven’t gone into it in any really deep way (don’t know if I can do that yet) – but it’s there anyway.
It’s really uncharacteristic of me to write this stuff down nevertheless put it up here for all to see – I don’t really understand what’s got into me – but I guess it must be good to “let it all out” huh!!
